Example Villa
Located on Koh Samui, Villa SV01 is a stunning three bedroom, three bathroom property recommended for parties of six, although it can accommodate up to eight people if required. Outside, it has a large private swimming pool and sunbathing area with a gas grill barbeque, as well as a beautiful garden with fish ponds and colourful plants – the perfect spot to relax and unwind on a sun lounger with a good book. Inside, the décor is modern, tasteful and luxurious, with calming neutral colours and wooden floors throughout. The three air-conditioned bedrooms all have direct access to the pool area. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds while the third has twin beds, and all have ensuite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and terrazzo bathtubs. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features specially designed cupboards, a fridge, a conventional oven, a microwave and multi-burner stove. There is also a dining area for all the family as well as a comfortable, air-conditioned living room with flat screen TV. Your housekeeper will keep the villa clean and tidy on a daily basis and prepare breakfast every morning, while there is also a full concierge service on call should you require it, and a chef on request. Airport transfers and car rental can be arranged if needed.
The Local Area
Villa SV01 is situated in the charming and picturesque Hua Thanon on Koh Samui. An unspoiled fishing village, it offers beautiful beaches, authentic local fish restaurants and absolute tranquillity. Villa SV01 is just a three minute walk from the nearest restaurants, and there’s even the option of ordering takeaway to be delivered on those evenings when all you want to do is relax. When it comes to activities, there is a beautiful white sand beach a mere 150m away, where you can enjoy kitesurfing, wakeboarding, fishing or just soaking up the sun, sea and sand. If you feel like being pampered, you will find a spa just a few minutes’ walk from the villa. A 25 minute drive will take you to the nearest golf course, and there are also two larger resorts nearby – Lamai a 6 minute drive and Chaweng a 20 minute drive – should you fancy a spot of shopping or a night out on the town.
