For a truly special dining experience the next time you need to impress, Adam’s Restaurant more than delivers. This amazing, award winning Michelin Star restaurant is situated in Birmingham in the West Midlands. Adam’s offers contemporary British fine dining in stylish, luxurious surroundings.

For the remarkable food itself, think creative, imaginative with inspiring and perhaps rather bold combinations of quality ingredients. From the moment you get your first tantalising nibble at an amuse-bouche, you will realise the treat that awaits your taste buds. The 8 course Tasting Menu comes highly recommended and what better to accompany it than the wine tasting! There is also a 3 Course Menu option and a weekday Lunch Menu. The Tasting Menu costs £85 GBP, the 3 Course Menu £60 GBP and the Lunch Menu is just £35 GBP. I always think beautifully presented cuisine tastes just that little bit better and if this is true, then you have no need to worry at Adam’s; their dishes are picture perfect.

The décor is very sophisticated with a definite art deco nod, but is classy rather than stuffy; with comfortable seating, beautiful lighting and a calming colour palate. The dining room itself seats 36 and there is also a private dining room for 17 guests. An exciting alternative to the dining room is the creation of a Chef’s Table where you sit in the kitchen itself for a fascinating and unusual view in this down to earth establishment. For a pre-dinner drink, the bar offers original cocktails as well as the classics, which are well worth sampling. This is one of those restaurants where you never need worry about the service – it’s faultless; professional, helpful and welcoming – there is an obvious commitment to excellent service. There is always enough staff working and while this mean seem rather obvious, is something many restaurants seem to overlook.

It’s not just us who are a little bit obsessed with this phenomenal place; in addition to their Michelin Star and rating as TripAdvisors’ top restaurant in Britain; they have received three AA Rosettes, a score of 7 in the Good Food Guide, plus a Travellers’ Choice award for two consecutive years and were named fourth best in the world by TripAdvisor! For an extra special occasion, it’s worth asking for a visit to the kitchen to see where the magic is performed, you might even get to meet Adam himself.

Adam Stokes grew up with a passion for good food and after studying hotel and catering management, began his very successful kitchen career which resulted in him receiving his first Michelin star only a few days before his 30th birthday. He opened Adam’s with his wife Natasha in 2013, but the plan was for it just to be a two-year pop-up; well demand thankfully put a stop to that idea (particularly as they gained a Michelin Star just 6 months after opening) and permanent premises were sought, opening in January 2016!

For a culinary experience in an elite dining establishment that easily rivals the very top restaurants in London or Paris, Adam’s makes a sensational choice for your next meal out – be it a special occasion or not!
