We have reviewed all the flights we have taken in United Polaris Business Class below.

United now offers a Polaris “soft” service which includes an improved menu and bedding, across its entire fleet. The new seats are now available across United’s new Boeing 787-10 planes. You will already find them on some of its 777-300ERs.

United’s first retrofitted 767 offers the full Polaris experience Transatlantic from Newark to London. We think this is the best Business Class seat offered transatlantic if you can catch this particular plane.

If you want to fly United’s new Boeing 787-10 plane transatlantic, from March 30 2019, the Dreamliner will fly UA960 from Newark to Frankfurt (departing 1950), and on fly UA84 to Tel Aviv (departing 1655). From April 29 the aircraft will fly UA57 to Paris (departing 1840), and fly UA120 to Barcelona (departing 1930). On May 22 the B787-10 will operate on flight UA999 to Brussels (departing 1830), and flight UA23 to Dublin (departing 1925).

We love the new United Business Class experience, and although it falls short of the new Qatar Business Class seat, it really is the best choice when traveling transatlantic.

Fly United For Free

I have outlined how to earn United mileage plus miles so that you can fly for free.

I am UK-based and usually fly out of London Heathrow in Business Class on British Airways. British Airways is another great way to fly (although their transatlantic Business Class is poor when compared to the United Polaris seats.

You can read my review, which details my experience of the full United Polaris seat and food on my most recent 777-300 flight. It is fair to say the overall experience will be similar on both planes, be it that the 767 is a much older aircraft.

You can also read my other choices for the best airlines to fly New York to London in Business Class along with other United Airlines Business Class flight reviews.

The chances of catching this single 767 plane that has been refurbished on the Newark to London route is unpredictable, to say the least, but if you do manage to snag one of these flights, you are in for a treat!

I have flown in United Polaris Airlines and have reviewed their long-haul Business Class and First Class flights in my trip reports below:
