I am always on the lookout for new brands to try for my next vacation. The surf and snow brand, Protest, recently showed up on my radar as a great place to pick up some really stylish surfer-style swim shorts for my son. A pair depicting a tropical Hawaiian style beach took my heart and are some of the nicest boys board shorts that I’ve seen, both in look and quality.
My trip to protest was not, however, completely unselfish! I needed a new Rashy for the summer and fell for the palm adorned UPF50 top, along with a superb jumpsuit, perfect for Sandbanks beach and lazing in the sunshine.
In fact, protest has all your summer vacation needs covered and the quality of all their items is really excellent. Let them inspire you with stunning Hawaiian imagery printed on beautiful materials. Some of the tops are so pretty that they will transport your imagination straight to a hot tropical beach, even if your surfing destination is actually Newquay!
My new outfits will last for many summers as each piece is so carefully made (unlike some of the cheap junk you now buy on the high street). If you scout around the Protest sale rail, you can find yourself some great bargains too…
What next… Well it’s ski season of course and Protect even have this covered with their range of women’s jackets that is so nice that it is difficult to choose the best one. They also offer stylish snow pants right through to snow boots, so that you are covered whether you are going somewhere hot or cold.
