British Airways flies from London Gatwick’s South Terminal. There are two British Airways lounges at Gatwick South. We have reviewed both, and both are very good. These include the British Airways First and the BA Business Lounges in the South Terminal.
Both the First and Business British Airways Lounges are head and shoulders above the other lounges found at Gatwick and are, for me, a reason to fly Club Europe or Club World out of Gatwick. The prize for the best Airport Lounges in the world does, however, probably go to Qatar Airways for its jaw-dropping Al Safwa First Class Lounge in Doha’s new Hamad International Airport.
It is worth mentioning that the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse lounge is probably the best airport lounge in Gatwick North Terminal. There are also several other paid lounge options that you can access with your priority pass in both Gatwick North and South.
Can I Get Into These British Airways Lounges For Free?
No, to access these lounges, you need British Airways Status, or you need to be flying in Business or First.
