1. Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino

Hyatt Regency Aruba has a white sand beach to die for and views from every window at the front of the hotel, across the almost luminous azure blue sea. It is so good that we consider it one of the best Hyatt Regency hotels in the world to take a vacation.

The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino is a 12-acre resort situated right on Palm Beach in Aruba. The beach is superb and very calm and offers every watersport imaginable. Plus, there is a water slide for the kids and restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms here are your standard Hyatt fare with a tropical touch, but it is the rooms with a balcony overlooking the ocean that are the rooms and suites to pick. That said, the standard rooms at this hotel are usually peaceful, with only the parrots to wake you up.

Food in Aruba is fairly pricey, so it may be worth paying in cash or on points for Regency Club Lounge access at this hotel. The free breakfast in the lounge (expect salmon, capers, a cheese board, fruit, bread cereal, and one hot egg dish) and filling snacks in the early evening, along with the range of free water, drinks, and snacks in the club during the day usually pays for itself. The food in the lounge is better than most Hyatt club lounges on American soil, and the view from the lounge down to the pools and beach is very special.

The luxurious ZoiA Spa features experiences for purification and detoxification, which are inspired by Aruba’s red mud and seaweeds. Four restaurants offer something for everyone; Sunday brunch at Ruinas del Mar is a must. At the casino, grab a hand-rolled cigar and shake the dice — and your hips, to live music. The hotel also has a casino with both slots and table games open from 12:00 pm – 4:00 am for adults 18 and up.

This Award Category 6 World of Hyatt hotel requires just 25,000 points per night.

2. Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour

Park Hyatt St. Kitts, which opened in November 2017, is set within Christophe Harbour on Banana Bay with unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring Nevis.

The resort is home to 126 spacious accommodations, comprising 78 guest rooms and 48 suites, each with a private balcony or terrace. Amenities include beachfront activities, adult and family swimming pools, the Caribbean’s first Miraval Life in Balance Spa, and The Island Fort by Camp Hyatt for kids.

The resort offers three signature dining experiences: an all-day restaurant, Fisherman’s Village ocean-to-table dining for lunch and dinner, and The Stone Barn fine dining experience. The Reception Hall features over 7,000 ft² of dedicated event space.

3. Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in the Bahamas started receiving guests in May 2017. It is part of the prestigious Baha Mar Resort and offers an extraordinary new resort destination for travelers visiting The Bahamas. The Liming Bequia is a private villa resort immersed in natural beauty in tranquil Bequia, the Grenadines. This hotel is part of Small Luxury Hotels, and although it is not named a Hyatt, it can be booked on Hyatt.com, and you can redeem your World of Hyatt points here.

To Caribbean locals, liming means ‘the art of doing nothing’. At The Liming, this leisurely way to pass the time comes with added luxury. Set on the tiny island of Bequia, this boutique hideaway is refreshingly off the beaten track compared to the larger islands. With lush gardens, a private marina, and views towards Canouan and Mayreau, The Liming instantly rewards you for going that bit further.

Made up of just thirteen private villas, The Liming is somewhere to relax and recharge in complete privacy. Spacious and modern in design, every room is perfectly positioned for soaking up the sea views. You’ll have your own personal infinity pool or hot tub if you’re staying in one of the larger villas. Enjoy a selection of amenities along with prime dining options, secluded beaches, an infinity pool, and the incomparable Na Spa.

6. Hyatt Regency Trinidad

The Hyatt’s flexible event space showcases a 16,000 ft² Grand Ballroom and a 10,000 ft² Ballroom with translation facilities. Other guest facilities include one full-service restaurant, a lobby bar, a lounge, 9,000 ft² Spa, and a Fitness Center.

Hyatt Regency Trinidad provides a relaxing escape for business travelers with an infinity pool and terrace overlooking the Gulf of Paria.

7. Hyatt Place Aruba Airport

While not our top pick in Aruba, our top pick is the Hyatt Regency Aruba, Hyatt is in the process of launching a Hyatt Place Hotel in Aruba at Aruba Airport.

The 116-room hotel will be the first Hyatt Place hotel in Aruba, adjacent to the Reina Beatrix International Airport (AUA). It will provide guests with a relaxing and uncomplicated place to pause before beginning the next leg of their journey. Alternatively, this is a cheap hotel to stay in on Aruba. Rent a car, and you can try out all the beaches without breaking the bank!

The Hyatt Place brand is rooted in extensive consumer insights indicating that guests seek stylish, comfortable, seamless experiences that accommodate their lifestyles and familiar routines. To embody this, the brand offers casual hospitality and purposeful service in a smartly designed, high-tech, and contemporary environment.

Hyatt Place Aruba Airport will be located on an approximate 2.1-acre mixed-use development site that will contain 21,000 ft² of office space, as well as an 8,000 ft² food court, retail shops, a casual dining restaurant, and car rental facilities.

Additionally, the hotel will feature a covered walkway that will provide direct pedestrian access between the hotel and Reina Beatrix International Airport, serving more than two million passengers per year by more than 20 international carriers.

This hotel will mark the fourth Hyatt Place hotel in the Caribbean, joining Hyatt Place Manatí, Hyatt Place San Juan/Bayamón, and Hyatt Place San Juan/City Center in Puerto Rico.

In the Dominican Republic, you will also find the following Hyatts: Casas del XVI, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, and Sublime Samana Hotel & Residences. In Jamaica, you can book into the all-inclusive Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall, Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, and The Trident Hotel.
