Vienna International Airport is Vienna’s international airport, in Austria’s capital. Vienna International Airport has Terminals 1 and 3, built against each other, plus Terminal 1A, located opposite Terminal 1. The two main lounges at Vienna Airport are the exclusive Vienna Lounge in Terminal 1 and the comfortable SKY Lounge in Terminal 3 of Vienna Airport.
Once you arrive in Vienna, we have reviewed the best hotel executive club lounges in Vienna and the best luxury hotels in Vienna.
If you have not paid for Business Class or First Class, you can still access certain lounges at this airport for a fee or for free if you have a Priority Pass.
We visited one of these Priority Pass lounges in Vienna Airport Terminal 1 in 2024. If you fly out of Vienna on British Airways, you will fly out of Terminal 1. Terminal 1 services Aegean Airlines, Aer Lingus, Air Cairo, Air France, Air Malta, Air Serbia, Air Baltic, British Airways, Condor, easyJet, Eurowings, Finnair, Iberia, KLM, People’s Viennaline, Ryanair, Saudia, Tarom, Turkish Airlines, Ukraine International Airlines, Wizz Air.
1. The Vienna Lounge
The Vienna Lounge at Vienna Airport is brilliant for a Priority Pass lounge. It would even be brilliant for an airline lounge. It offers loads of natural light, loads of seating, and bathrooms within the lounge. It is airy and spacious and has a huge buffet of food and drink. It may well be the best Priority Pass lounge I have ever visited.
We have reviewed this lounge in more detail below. This lounge has great window seating. A lovely coffee area. Strudel and chocolate and lemon cake, coffee machines, and a huge buffet that included meats, salads, bread, a chicken rice dish, and a large offering of wine and spirits.
Review: Vienna Airport Lounge At Vienna Airport
We flew back from Vienna Airport Terminal 1 to London Heathrow Terminal 3 and reviewed their "Vienna Lounge" which we accessed for free using our Priority Pass. This lounge visit fell at the end of our trip around Vienna. During our stay we visited and reviewed the Rosewood Vienna, the Park Hyatt Vienna, the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, and Hotel Imperial Vienna.
2. SKY Lounge in Terminal 3
The Sky Lounge is located after the security check, in front of passport control in Terminal 3, on Level 2 and is barrier-free. The Sky Lounge Schengen is ideal for passengers departing from Gates F or G. It is located in Terminal 3 on level 2, and it can be accessed by lift and escalator.
