The grounds house beautiful thousand-year-old olive trees brought over from Sicily and lovingly replanted.
Rooms
67 stylish suites are furnished in a provincial style with marble bathrooms and Penhaligon’s toiletries

Food & Drink
The food at Finca Cortesin is light and modern, The chic Blue Bar will tempt you for an after-dinner drink, whilst there is a Spanish-themed restaurant, the Italian restaurant Don Giovanni, and Kabuki Raw, where Japanese meets Mediterranean cuisine.
Breakfast is served al fresco looking over the gardens and on towards the Mediterranean. The magnificent tapas buffet served here is brought to your table, so you don’t have to suffer the indecency of queuing for your scrambled egg – not that you are likely to choose scrambled egg here. Start with vanilla shots, miniature bakes, and local cheeses and delicatessen, and follow with an indulgent main like the Cortesian omelet with Manchego cheese and black truffle.
Conclusion
Wander around through the gardens, palatial halls, and jungly courtyards, letting the scents of patchouli, lavender, and jasmine waft over you. This fragrant haven is heavenly and does not disappoint.
