Rooms
The resort features 20 luxurious guest suites, all of which come with the breathtaking vista of the three large granite mountains, “The Hazards,” which reflect changing color all day. Each suite offers total privacy with huge glass windows looking out at the bay and comfortable chairs to park in front of these windows to enjoy the view. The material used to construct the suites seamlessly blend from one stone tile to another.

Saffire Freycinet also offers complimentary experiences which last from one hour to three hours and allow you to explore the stunning natural wonders of the local area via kayaking, fishing, jogging, kite flying, mountain biking, and so much more. It’s worth knowing you can also request food, such as lobster or fillet steak, and they will prepare it for you, if they can, in time for your stay. The resort is renowned for its menu of fresh local produce and seafood. The local Pinot wines are excellent. The beautiful panoramic views frame this most exclusive restaurant.
