Receive complimentary breakfast at Luxury Hotels

This article outlines the hotels in Hong Kong which offer the best executive club lounge. By reviewing each of these club lounges, I conclude which hotel club lounge comes in at the top and which hotels I would select as having the best club lounges that Hong Kong has to offer.

Why Choose A Hotel With A Club Lounge?

When deciding which hotel to choose for your stay in a city like Hong Kong, it is sensible to consider the added extras provided by a hotel club lounge or club room. Offerings usually include complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day, breakfast in the morning, and evening cocktails with canapés. Often, the evening food and drink offering is more than enough to replace the need to go out for the evening.

Executive Club hotel lounges provide an interesting environment to work and relax in. Some lounges also provide dedicated meeting rooms, although I find holding meetings in the main lounge more friendly. When I travel on my own for business, I’m not particularly eager to sit in restaurants on my own. Room service is also a lonely affair, so a club lounge provides the ideal environment to enjoy good food and atmosphere whilst being completely comfortable sitting at a table for one.

Club Lounges offer a nice rest bite from the sky-high prices charged in this fantastic city. If you are planning to book a stay at any luxury hotel in Hong Kong, our luxury travel concierge can arrange free hotel upgrades, breakfasts, VIP gifts, and more at the same price as the hotel’s own website.

Which Hotels Have The Best Executive Club Lounges In Hong Kong?

I have compiled a list below containing the club lounges available across luxury hotels in Hong Kong. I list the ones I consider to be the best at the top. My favorite is probably the Four Seasons Hong Kong Executive Club Lounge, but in terms of bang for your buck, the Grand Hyatt and Intercontinental lounges are also excellent and are less expensive.

Which Luxury Hotels In Hong Kong Have An Executive Club Lounge?
The Four Seasons Hong Kong Executive Club Lounge
Pictured above is one of the few 24-hour lounges in Hong Kong. It combines luxury furnishings with an outdoor wraparound balcony on the 45th floor where you can breathe some fresh air. This alfresco space, along with the excellent food and drinks offerings, makes this lounge one of the best in Hong Kong.

The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Club Lounge was recently refurbished and sits on the 30th and 31st (top) floor of the Grand Hyatt. This was recently refurbished in 2016 and is a classy space. The food is good but not great, the evening offering, in particular, is more amuse-bouche than a full meal, but the view from the double-height windows is the star, showcasing the Hong Kong skyline in all of its glory.

The Intercontinental Hong Kong, Club Intercontinental is located on the first floor of the Intercontinental Hong Kong but still offers stunning views over the lobby lounge, Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. The Club Lounge serves buffet breakfast, a really great afternoon tea (impressive afternoon tea is a feature of many IC lounges; the one offered in the London Club Intercontinental is also impressive) and evening cocktails with Moet & Chandon champagne, premium wines, spirits, and tempting hors d’oeuvres (cheeses and canapes).

Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel, Continental Club is situated on the 17th (top) floor. Access to this Club Lounge (which comes free with Club Rooms) gives you breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and snacks all served impeccably by waiters in tails and all of the excellent quality.

The Island Shangri La Horizon Club offers excellent breakfast on the 56th floor, a sensational view, unlimited champagne, and generous nibbles in the evening, which are enough to substitute for your evening meal.

At Langham Place Hotel in Mongkok, the lounge is like stepping into a latte, with soft brown wooden floors and creamy seating and sofas. Of course, there is a great view from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, Wi-Fi, and private workspaces. The breakfasts here are very good, and they supply an excellent omelet cooked along with the buffet offering. Snacks, afternoon tea, canapés, and other refreshments (including champagne) are so plentiful that you don’t need to go out to eat.

Hotel ICON Above & Beyond Lounge is situated on the top floor of the hotel Icon. Access to this Club Lounge (which comes free with Club Rooms) gives you breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and snacks. There is also a private bar and amazing panoramic views of Hong Kong.

JW Marriott, Hong Kong, offers a duplex Executive Lounge on Levels 33 and 34, which was renovated in 2009 and offers magnificent views. The food on offer includes breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, evening snacks, and alcoholic drinks.

The Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour is a serene sanctuary in the heart of vibrant Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Book a club level room and get access to the executive lounge with a complimentary hot buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, hors d’oeuvres, and dessert, along with alcoholic evening drinks and cocktails.
