The house features award-winning eco-design and breathtaking beach-front views. It is part of the prestigious and exclusive and secure Rocky Point Estate with just six other houses, which lies about 6 km south of Agnes Water and has direct beach access.
Set in 14 acres of pristine Australian bushland, Alinghi Beach House nestles into the cliff, giving it a sense of total privacy. The house overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is nestled in 14 acres of lush green bushland at the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef. The surrounding national park is absolutely stunning. The views are jaw-dropping, and the only sound is the waves crashing onto the rocks below.
The house comprises two elements – the Main House and the Bedroom Pavilion, situated around the central ‘Platform’, a huge stone terrace overhanging the ocean. The view is mesmerizing, and the crashing waves sound is almost hypnotic. The doors in the bedrooms all open up completely so that you are lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean and are woken by the spectacular sunrises.
The Private Estate features a 30m saltwater swimming pool shared exclusively with the six other homes on the estate, direct access to the private beach at Honeymoon Bay, an entertaining cabana also with direct beach access, BBQ facilities, an outdoor bar, a grass tennis court, and parking for up to 3 cars.
The house features two king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one king-size bedroom, and one bunkroom which shares a family bathroom with the 3rd king-sized bedroom. All are situated around a huge stone terrace overhanging the ocean with mesmerizing views and the hypnotic sounds of waves crashing below.
The house is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen with Miele & Gaggenau appliances; spacious open plan living and dining area, study, laundry, BBQ courtyard, outdoor bar, and pool with outdoor shower. The house also enjoys a Bose audio system; 50-inch plasma TV with Foxtel & Apple TV; an iPod docking station, Wi-Fi, and broadband throughout. The property is let on a self-catering basis.
In terms of groceries, the property comes equipped with the basics to get you started: chilled beer, wine, and a complimentary hamper of local organic produce on arrival as well as complimentary LÓccitane toiletries.
This tranquil hideaway does not have neighbors in the traditional sense, but it is home to an abundance of wildlife. During your visit, you may have the opportunity to meet wallabies, goannas, turtles, echidnas, and a vast variety of birds. The external lighting is all low-voltage so as not to cause distress to wildlife, particularly nesting turtles which breed at Honeymoon Bay and the neighboring beaches.

2. Latitude 34, Gerroa, NSW
Latitude 34 is a luxury beach house with amazing Pacific Ocean views and an infinity pool. It sleeps six and is a fairly incredible ocean-front property.
Found in the quaint hamlet of the seaside village of Gerroa, this house is superbly convenient for Sydney and under a 2-hour drive from Sydney’s CBD. You can also take the ferry there which is just 10 minutes from Kiama or Berry.
The landscape around the Gerroa headland is of rolling hills, farms, and mountains. On the south side of Gerroa is Seven Mile Beach, which is surrounded by its own National Park.
This is a wonderful beach house to spot local dolphins and also to watch whales during the migration season. The sunrise in the morning is over the ocean, and the sun sets over the mountains.
This beach house was created by one of Australia’s leading Interior Designers and is pretty special with a contemporary atmosphere. It is one of the most luxurious beach houses on the South Coast and has been featured in many leading interior design magazines.
During the day you can enjoy the private saltwater pool, a BBQ, or just relax on the deck. The deck is the place you want to be, whether you prefer a beer or a cocktail as the sun sets.
You can surf, snorkel, dive, or swim in front of the house at Shelley Beach or enjoy the sands of Seven Mile Beach. Play Golf at the stunning Golf Course, which is minutes away, or try your hand at tennis at the nearby courts.
Or if you are feeling more adventurous, Gerringong, Kiama, and its’ famous blowhole, Berry, the historic village of Jamberoo, and Minamurra Falls National Park are close at hand. The property comprises two separate houses. You may rent either or both of these depending on your personal requirements, and both include original artwork and luxurious furniture.
The Beach House is the larger property and sleeps nine people. It has four very spacious bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, master bathroom with a stone bathtub. Vogue style indoor/outdoor open plan living/dining, elegant fireplace, and central heating for the cooler months. For holding a dinner party, there’s an entertainer’s kitchen with all the high-end appliances that one would expect to find in a house of this caliber including an espresso coffee machine.
The house also includes a large sun deck directly overlooking Hyams Beach, fully equipped laundry, 3 car garage, and all the entertainment technology you could wish for. You can also make use of a bespoke pool table and canoes. Stroll down to the beach through the stunning manicured gardens.

There is also a Boat House that can be rented as part of this property, which has high curved ceilings, spacious rooms with high-end finishes, and beautiful soft furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that concertina back to reveal a beautiful private courtyard. The courtyard is equipped with a BBQ and dining facilities, together with tasteful sculptures and a water feature. Both properties can be found right next to the beach.
4. Witta Circle Beach House
Witta Circle Beach House is the ultimate beach house, located minutes from Hastings Street, in the exclusive enclave of Witta Circle, Noosa Sound.
