1. Club Lounge at the Intercontinental Park Lane
When it comes to the very best Executive Lounge in London, taking into account the price, view, food, staff, and overall experience, my winner is the Club Lounge at the Intercontinental Park Lane.
The view here is an absolute winner. It is simply the best view from any Executive Lounge in London. The view looks south toward the Thames with Big Ben and the London Eye in the distance to your left, Hyde Park corner in the middle, and Knightsbridge to your right. I write this the day after Guy Fawkes Night, and the distant fireworks across the London skyline were spectacular. In the distance front, you can see the spires of Battersea Power station, and directly in front, beyond the Hyde Park roundabout, is Green Park and Buckingham Palace is hidden in the trees beyond. You are looking down on the Queen (assuming she is in residence!).
Across the other side of the Hyde Park roundabout is the Peninsula Hotel, one of the newest luxury hotels to be built in Knightsbridge. Behind that is the whole of Knightsbridge with the iconic Harvey Nichols and Harrods stores. Unfortunately, Harrods was a bit of a letdown this stay. The children’s department of Harrods used to be a magical wonderland of toys, but this fantasia has now been reduced to a colorful corridor. Harrods is not the destination for kids that it once was and was a major disappointment for my boy. That said, with numerous designer stores a short walk through the pretty Regents Park, you are spoilt for choice when finding a place to shop in the city.
But I digress. The bird’s eye view of the skyline with the poetic dance of London doubledecker buses and the old-fashioned black taxi cabs below, all circling the Hyde Park corner roundabout, makes this Lounge so London! This is a unique view that you wouldn’t find anywhere else, and it is unbeatable.
The location of Intercontinental Park Lane itself is fantastic, just a short walk from Knightsbridge and its designer shops. In the other direction, you can stroll to Regent Street for the Apple Store, Hamley’s Toy Shop, Selfridges, and the lively bars and Michelin Starred restaurants in Soho and W1.
As I outlined above, the Intercontinental is directly across the Hyde Park corner roundabout from the new Peninsula Hotel London, which is a couple of doors down from the boutique hotel The Wellesley. A minute further into Knightsbridge, you reach the Mandarin Oriental, which looks out upon Regents Park and is also situated opposite the Marriott-branded hotel, the Sheraton Park Tower.
The entrance of the hotel is directly opposite the Four Seasons Park Lane in London and about a 30-second walk from the tower that is the Hilton Park Lane, which also has a Club Lounge (with good food but uninspiring view). The Hilton is not a favorite of mine as it is set in a 1960s tower block and feels somewhat dated. A few blocks down from the Hilton is the Sheraton Grand, which we have also reviewed and has a Club Lounge. The JW Marriott Grosvenor Hotel overlooking Hyde Park is a short walk up Park Lane and features an Executive Lounge.
Review: Club Lounge At InterContinental London Park Lane
We've previously reviewed the best executive or club lounges in London. I am a big fan of the executive lounge at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House for the ambiance and food. The club lounge at the Langham London is also a great lounge with excellent food. But in my humble opinion, the "Club InterContinental" which includes the lounge at the InterContinental Park Lane in London, has the best views of any Club or Executive lounge in London.
So you can see that the Intercontinental is slap bang in the center of all the luxury hotels in London, and from the Club Lounge, you have an ever-changing view of it all!
The only hotel that isn’t close by is the Langham London, which has the second-best Club Lounge in London. More on that below. The Langham is around a 20-minute walk northwest on the far side of Oxford Street.
Beyond the view, this lounge has so many great features. The staff are also unbeatable and full of personality. The desk tends to be manned by Sebastian, who cannot do enough for you, and we were shown around by a lovely girl with a super long plait (I didn’t catch her name). She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and paid special attention to my son, which was super sweet and something we really appreciated. All the staff were great with the odd, well-behaved child in the lounge.
Every need is catered for in this lounge. The moment you sit down, the staff comes and offers you any drink you want. There are loads of fridges with water and any cold drink you could wish for. Throughout the day are nuts crisps, homemade biscuits, and snacks.
The last time I was in the Intercontinental Park Lane club lounge, Tony Blair was holding an important-looking meeting in one corner of the main lounge, so clearly, this club lounge is one of his favorites. I have been told by the staff at this lounge that this lounge was also a favorite of Condoleezza Rice when she was over in London. Is the Intercontinental Park Lane club lounge the best in London? On views alone, most definitely (see featured photo above), but there are many other factors to consider, which you can read in each of my separate reviews that will be added below.
The staff in the lounge are also awfully helpful. Usefully, you can stay in the lounge as long as you like after check-out, which is a major bonus if you have a late flight or are leaving after your allocated check-out time. There are also shower and storage facilities so you can safely stow your luggage. The staff will also help you with any business services, from color printouts to help with anything else you want.
The breakfast is massive in offering and delicious. There is a buffet and an A La Carte so that you can select from cheeses, smoked salmon, salads with olive oil, yogurts, a glorious array of fruit and berries, Bircher muesli (a particularly good one and a personal favorite!), cereal, yogurt, muffins, and bread as well as some delicious pastries.
On the A La Carte, there is a British Style offering with eggs as you like; Florentine, Benedict, full English, along with options like pancakes. I doubt you couldn’t request much; crucially, everything is cooked to perfection. I like Eggs Florentine; the poached eggs are soft in the middle while the white is perfectly cooked.
The breakfast is served until late, you can literally arrive at the last minute, and you can still raid the buffet and order a hot dish.
The delicious afternoon tea is served between 3:00 – 5:00 pm and is arranged on a wedding cake style and up a tray with scones and cream, an array of sandwiches, and any drink you want, including their excellent tea. There is none of your teabag rubbish here. All the tea is made from dried leaves. It is the little touches that make a big difference.
In the evening, the food offering is limited. Drinks are available in the early evening, including a nice selection of canapes, but that is it. Do not expect a full evening meal. You will need to eat out. On the plus side, Theo Randall’s restaurant downstairs is excellent, and you are missing out if you do not try his pasta. Easily the best pasta in London.
It is worth noting that the staff in the lounge are incredibly generous, with topping up and supplying drinks. Champagne, cocktails, beers, and wines are available, and expect to be pestered into “just another one” before the bar closes. Even after the bar is officially closed, the staff seem happy to refill you or bring out an extra glass of beer. In fact, one evening, the staff suggested lining up 2 or 3 beers and glasses of wine to keep us topped up through the evening.
So there you go, my favorite Executive Lounge in London is the Club Lounge at the Intercontinental, particularly as we book via our own concierge and get it free. It is worth noting that we also have status with IHG and Intercontinental Ambassador Club, so we collect points at the same time as getting our concierge benefits.
Review: InterContinental London Park Lane, England
The InterContinental London Park Lane is an elegant luxury hotel right in the heart of London. It offers rooms of varying sizes with incredible views across Regents and Green Park, as well as the Hyde Park Corner roundabout. It also has a great gym, Elemis Spa, two excellent restaurants, and an unbeatable location. Interestingly, the hotel is situated on the site of Queen Elizabeth II's former residence (145 Piccadilly) and was opened in 1975. My favourite thing about this hotel is that it has the best Club Lounge in London, check it out in our video tour.
2. Langham London
The Langham London Club Lounge is my second favorite Club Lounge in London, and the Langham is a beautiful and historic luxury hotel. The Lounge has THE best food across any London Executive Lounge, but this Lounge lost the top spot as it is not cheap, and the hotel’s location is less convenient. On the plus side, the hotel has a great pool and a super jazz lounge if you like jazz.
If you book the Langham London via our concierge, you get a room upgrade on arrival, early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability), complimentary buffet breakfast for two daily for the duration of the stay and $100 USD equivalent Food and beverage credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, no cash value if not redeemed in full) a kitchen tour and aperitif when dining at Roux at the Landau. You do not get free Club Lounge access; you must book a room rate that includes Club Lounge.
In my humble opinion, you are missing out if you don’t book this Club Lounge as part of your Langham stay. Why do I rank the Langham London Club Lounge so highly? This lounge is stunning. There is no other way to describe it.
You enter down a corridor that reminds me of a Library with regal books lying open, depicting the British Royal Family. At the end of the corridor, you step down a few steps and arrive at this huge Club Lounge.
To your immediate right is the welcome desk, where you can check in and check out. Beyond this desk area are a large food area and a more intimate sitting area with dimmed lights that feel like a bar. Ahead of you is a seating area, and to your left is a business area with computers, toilets, and further seating.
The interior design is classic and incredibly stylish. This is easily the most stylish Club Lounge in London, but the staff and the food make it stand out. Usually, a Club lounge will have one or two members of staff catering to the guests. In this Club Lounge, there must have been 5-10 laying out the food, arranging drinks for guests, and generally making your life so easy that you don’t need to lift a finger. This is not the kind of lounge where you will carry your food back to your seat from the buffet!
This deserves a separate section. The volume, selection, and quality of food in this lounge are overwhelming. Usually, in a Club Lounge, breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner are toned-down versions of what might be offered in the main restaurant. Not so in this lounge.
Breakfast was a vast array of buffet items plus eggs made for you any way you liked. Afternoon tea has so many choices of sandwiches, patisseries, and cakes that you may well not have room for dinner.
Dinner, described as “Evening Canapes,” is a full meal service that is not to be missed. Try not to stuff yourself too much at the afternoon tea. On offer is an array of cold meats and fish, a vast shell containing oysters (impressive, although not something I am keen on), as well as salads and puddings. If you want something hot, there is a delicious-looking soup. You can see the sheer volume and quality of the food in my photos. You do not need to eat out.
Review: Langham London Club Lounge
We have reviewed most of the best club lounges in London and the executive lounge at Langham London is one of the best. Their Club Lounge adds a new level of luxury to this already impressive and very British-feeling hotel. Why do I rank the Langham London Club Lounge so highly? This lounge is stunning. There is no other way to describe it. You enter down a corridor that reminds me of a Library with regal books lying open, depicting the British Royal Family. At the end of the corridor, you step down a few steps, and you have arrived at this very large Club Lounge.
3. Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel
My third favorite club lounge is the Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel Executive Lounge. The location of this hotel is ace, just up the road from the Four Seasons and the Intercontinental.
The Grosvenor House’s lounge entrance is on the ground floor, reached by following some stairs adjacent to the hotel’s reception area. Climb up the marble staircase and enter through a keyed glass door to reach this spacious lounge. After entry, you are immediately drawn to an attractive floor-to-ceiling media wall showing colorful videos shot in Hyde Park. These videos change so that the colors and scenes that you see on the wall depict those of the current season – during our stay, an autumnal montage was on display. I love little touches like this.
To your right sits a welcoming concierge, beyond which the lounge opens up to reveal some private meeting rooms to the left and two large communal lounges to the right, the latter of which backs onto the food and drinks offering. The natural creams and oatmeals relax the lounge; plentiful sofa-style seats arranged in groups of 2 to 6 offer guests plenty of room to relax. There is also a shared dining table area for about ten guests. The lighting is subtle but not dim. Mirrors, classwork, and ornaments are strategically placed to accentuate the space and form wall coverings and divisions. A fireplace is lit throughout the day, and the temperature is a comfortable 23’C. Although there are no windows in this lounge, the interior design is such that I didn’t notice the lack of natural light. One unusual thing about the lounge is the slight rumble of tube trains passing below from time to time, serving to remind guests that they’re in the heart of London.
The food offering in the executive lounge at the JW Marriott, London, is generous throughout the day, and you can read more about this in our full review.
Review: Club Lounge at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London
As part of our guide to the best hotel club and executive lounges in London, I am writing a review of the renovated, (in late 2014), and extended executive lounge at the Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott hotel, on Park Lane, right in the center of London. The entrance to the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel's lounge is on the ground floor, reached by following some stairs adjacent to the hotel's reception area. Climb the marble staircase and enter through a keyed glass door to reach this spacious lounge.
4. Sheraton Grand Park Lane
At number five is the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Club Lounge, which has no view and a more limited offering but remains a well-located hotel that has been recently refurbished and a good chain hotel choice in London, particularly if you favor the SPG and Marriott program.
Conveniently positioned adjacent to the Sheraton Grand foyer, the Sheraton Grand Club Lounge is nestled towards the rear of the hotel, near the Brick Street entrance. Split into two lounges and a meeting room featuring a spacious conference table and chairs, it offers a versatile space suitable for various purposes.
The lounge exudes an inviting ambiance with its autumnal color scheme, featuring warm browns and burnt reds. Although it lacks external views, being situated at the base of the building, curtained windows softly filter in natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Inside, guests can enjoy a range of comfortable seating options, including tables and chairs, snug booths with small sofas, and a dedicated computer area equipped with two computers and a printer. A sizable sofa positioned in front of a television caters to entertainment needs, though this area remained unoccupied during our visit.
Contributing to the vibrant atmosphere are playful lighting fixtures featuring prominent drum-style lights suspended from the ceiling. The carpet boasts a striking Deco-style zebra pattern, adding a dash of personality to the space.
Review: Club Lounge At The Sheraton Grand Park Lane, London
I reviewed the Sheraton Grand Park Lane London Club Lounge during my most recent stay. It features in my review of the best club lounges in London and I have reviewed the Sheraton Grand Park Lane separately. The Sheraton Grand Club Lounge can be found just to the right of the foyer of the Sheraton Grand at the back of the hotel by the Brick street entrance. It is split into two lounges plus a meeting room with a large conference table and chairs. The color scheme is autumnal, with browns and burnt reds.
5. Hyatt Regency London The Churchill
We used to be regulars at The Hyatt Regency London The Churchill Regency club lounge. The lounge here is nice, with limited views over rooftops and hit-and-miss food. The last time we were there, we were served burned scrambled eggs in the morning and then had to fight for the food through a scrum of World of Hyatt members to grab some evening food before it was all gone. Honestly, it felt like the locusts had landed!
There is a quiet adults-only lounge and one that lets families in, and this lounge is certainly a nice place to spend the afternoon. Still, it is not a favorite due to the lack of care taken with the food and the rather hectic atmosphere at feeding time, even though the location is decent, just behind the Selfridges store.
Review: Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill
Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill stands as a distinguished retreat in the heart of London, situated in the upscale neighborhood of Marylebone. Named in honor of the iconic British Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill, the hotel exudes a blend of timeless elegance and modern sophistication. Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill's location offers convenient access to some of London's most renowned attractions, including Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and the West End theaters. Guests can easily explore the vibrant cityscape and cultural landmarks with nearby transport links.
6. Westin London City
The Westin London City club lounge is tucked away in London’s City financial district and can be found away from the other communal areas on the hotel’s fourth floor. The Westin London City Hotel is steps from St Paul’s Cathedral. Mansion House Tube Station is also steps away, even nearer than St Pauls Cathedral. London Bridge and the Tower of London can be easily reached on foot, as can the popular Sky Garden, which offers spectacular city views.
Accessed by your room key, the lounge feels private and exclusive, with a calm, relaxing vibe. The décor is contemporary and chic, with a calming and luxurious mix of natural colors and fabrics.
The lounge is long, with various seating areas separated by open bookcases as room dividers showcasing objects pots, vases and books. Half the room has thick neutral carpets, and the other half has a polished wood floor, creating a feeling of different spaces and zones.
A television at one end of the room is surrounded by comfortable lounge seating and places to stretch out and relax with your morning coffee. This end of the room also has a fireplace that would be super cozy on a chilly winter’s day.
There’s a central zone with café style tables that would work nicely for tucking into breakfast or evening canapes. The other end of the room has long serving tables offering food and drink. The café area is near this buffet zone, too, so it’s super convenient when your plate needs a refill.
There are also plenty of power points, and many of the tables are intimate. This would be perfect as a quiet space from which to work. There’s high-speed internet access available in the lounge, too.
The lounge is located on the bridge across Upper Thames Street, putting it in an excellent position for urban London views, with floor-to-ceiling windows maximizing the light and looking just as fabulous with the lights of London by night.
Breakfast is served each morning, a slightly reduced offering from the main hotel restaurant Mosaic, but still more than enough to fill you up and give you a strong start to the day. I could easily put together a full English, which was much appreciated and isn’t always the case with a club lounge, which often offers more of a continental breakfast. The hotel emphasizes wellness, which is reflected in the food options.
Throughout the day, a variety of snacks and soft drinks are available. We tucked into a wealth of fresh fruit, and the choice of sweets and crisps were ideal for my children.
In the evening, the food offering is especially generous. Several vats of steaming delicious meals were served, including rice, a Moroccan tagine, curries, and salads. We enjoyed the range of fresh breads and a very varied cheese selection, perfect for an after-dinner treat. It’s a lovely buffet-style offering, and we all had different things and little bits and pieces.
There were also plenty of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beers, a choice of wines, and spirits. A popular addition here is the recent ability to offer several beers on tap, too! This is unusual for club lounges, and what a perfectly British move to ensure you get the perfect pint!
Review: Westin London City Executive Club Lounge
The Westin London City has one of the best executive club lounges in London, and the hotel also offers chic, contemporary guest rooms and an excellent wellness center with spa and fitness center and a central London location near to St Paul’s Cathedral and London Bridge. Access to the club lounge is for Marriott Bonvoy® Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite Members, as well as guests booking a St Paul’s Duplex, Executive, or Presidential Suite.
7. London Marriott Hotel Park Lane
The London Marriott Hotel Park Lane is situated on the fringes of Mayfair, and boasts a club lounge with excellent views of Hyde Park and Marble Arch. This distinctive Grade II-listed hotel seamlessly blends historic charm with boutique-inspired sophistication, featuring sumptuous bedding, marble bathrooms, and round-the-clock in-room dining services.
Just a brief 8-minute stroll north of the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, which we recently reviewed and found to have an exceptional executive club lounge, London Marriott Hotel Park Lane stands out with its unique offering. Contrary to the internal lounge of the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, the executive club lounge here overlooks the park, providing guests with delightful outdoor vistas.
The London Marriott Hotel Park Lane Executive Club Lounge offers a space to space where you can meet with colleagues or unwind over breakfast. This lounge offers traditional decor and plush armchairs. Dark wood paneled walls are decorated in brightly colored modern artworks curated by acclaimed art consultant Peter Millard. Tufted leather chairs and intimate tables provide the perfect backdrop to the views of London’s Hyde Park.
The lounge is available for up to two registered guests per qualifying room and is open all day, daily.
Culinary daily presentations include continental and full English breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Afternoon treats from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A “Taste of London” which is a selection of canapes from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and there are evening drinks including wine, spirits, and beer from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
Review: London Marriott Hotel Park Lane Executive Club Lounge
The London Marriott Hotel Park Lane has a club lounge situated on the edge of Mayfair. The hotel has enviable views of Hyde Park and Marble Arch. It is a unique Grade II listed hotel infused with boutique-inspired touches and offers plush bedding, marble bathrooms, and 24-hour in-room dining. London Marriott Hotel Park Lane is just an 8-minute walk North of the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, which we have reviewed and has a brilliant executive club lounge.
8. Conrad London
Conrad London is usefully located near all the major attractions, with Westminster Abbey around the corner and St. James’s Park tube station across the road. The common areas in this hotel exude elegance, having undergone renovations during the Covid era. However, standard rooms may come across as generic and compact, with somewhat outdated bathrooms. Their ambiance leans more towards traditional rather than trendy and youthful. While this hotel is a perfectly adequate choice in London, it may lack that extra touch of inspiration or uniqueness.
The Conrad Hotel’s club lounge is excellent and exudes a charming Oriental ambiance, characterized by ornate wooden dividers that partition the space into cozy nooks. Rich detailing and natural wood ceilings grace certain areas, while expansive skylights flood other sections with natural light. Wooden flooring is softened by rugs featuring blue and cream tones with subtle Oriental motifs.
The whole space feels airy and modern, and because it was renovated during Covid, the room feels fresh. Seating is on sofas or around tables, so you can eat comfortably. There is also a business center and shower room.
Hilton Diamond members can access this club lounge for free, or you can book a club room to access this excellent lounge.
This large lounge offers breakfast, afternoon tea, evening canapes, and drinks. The breakfast is generous, with cut fruit, cereals, and hot and cold dishes, including eggs, sausages, and roasted tomatoes. The afternoon tea involves a big bowl of scones, smoked salmon sandwiches, and cakes.
In the evening, there are alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on offer, including beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea. The canapes are in little bowls so you’ll need a lot to fill you up. There are dumplings, smoked salmon bites, beef bites, and cakes. While it fills you up, do not expect a restaurant-style meal. You can pick or gorge on these canapés, but they are not full plates of food, so you might consider eating out.
This lounge offers a fantastic refuge from the hustle and bustle of London. With excellent food and recent renovations, it has transformed into a delightful spot to relax and unwind.
Review: Club Lounge At Conrad London
Parked in the heart of the city, Conrad London is usefully located near all the major attractions, with Westminster Abbey around the corner and St. James's Park tube station across the road. The communal areas at this hotel are classy and were renovated during Covid, although base rooms can be fairly generic and small with quite dated bathrooms. They feel more traditional than youthful and funky, and ultimately, although this hotel is a perfectly good choice in London, it's not inspiring or special.
9. St. Pancras Renaissance
The St. Pancras Renaissance sits among London’s top-tier Marriott subsidiary hotels. This establishment boasts an executive club lounge. However, it’s important to consider that the hotel is a significant distance away if you prefer exploring major tourist attractions on foot.
St. Pancras station is celebrated for its breathtaking Victorian architecture and achieved cinematic fame as the portrayal of Platform Nine and Three-Quarters in the Harry Potter series. Following a thoughtful modernization, the station now serves as St. Pancras International, the departure point for the Eurostar to Paris. Within these historic walls lies the St. Pancras Renaissance hotel, comprised of two distinct wings: the contemporary Barlow wing and the historic Chambers wing.
Exclusive to guests staying in the Chambers wing, the Chambers Club lounge offers a complimentary retreat, accessible to Titanium Marriott Bonvoy elite members. While lounge access is included in the premium price of the Chambers wing, Barlow wing guests are granted access only if they are Marriott Titanium or Ambassador elite members. Platinum elites, on the other hand, do not receive complimentary lounge access but are treated to complimentary breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
This lounge offers an impressive array of amenities, but some may find the red walls and grand Victorian architecture in this section of the hotel somewhat oppressive. Nonetheless, the breakfast spread is exceptional, featuring a substantial buffet with hot items such as eggs and sausages and made-to-order eggs or omelets at no extra charge.
Afternoon tea is a delightful affair. It presents sandwiches, cakes, pastries, and scones with jam and cream, accompanied by a selection of beverages, including traditional English tea. Evening offerings include beer, wine, spirits, and canapés.
Travel and architecture nerds should pick inward-facing rooms overlooking the station platforms, providing captivating views of train arrivals and departures and the bustling activity below.
While the hotel is ideally situated for Eurostar travelers, its location may not be as convenient for exploring London’s tourist attractions or enjoying leisurely strolls through its parks or along the River Thames, necessitating the use of the tube or London’s busses.
Review: St. Pancras Renaissance Executive Club Lounge
St. Pancras Renaissance is one of the best Marriott subsidiary hotels in London with an executive club lounge. While the lounge here is very good, the hotel is quite far from the tourist sites if you like to walk. Remember to book any luxury hotels via our luxury travel concierge for extra free benefits. You also get all your usual Marriott Bonvoy points and perks when you book via our concierge. St. Pancras station is renowned for its incredible Victorian architecture.
10. Intercontinental O2
The Intercontinental O2 Club Lounge is a hidden gem out to the East of London on the banks of the Thames. The InterContinental London The O2 is not convenient for walking to central London. You need to take public transport to get into town, but there is a super fun riverboat you can hop on, which whizzes you up the Thames, which has to be one of the best ways to travel in London.
This is a great luxury hotel and is ideal if you are flying in and out of City Airport or heading to Excel, or exploring the Naval history of Greenwich.
The lounge here is particularly good, and the views are phenomenal over the sparkling spires of Canary Wharf. The food offered at the Club InterContinental London, The O2, has to be the third-best food selection of any lounge in London and is certainly enough to fill you up. It is also worth noting that this hotel has a really nice pool, gym, and spa, so if you like a swim.
Club Lounge Review At The InterContinental London The O2
I have reviewed the best club lounges in London. I am a big fan of the club lounge at the Langham London with excellent food and staff. But in my humble opinion, the Club InterContinental which includes the lounge at the InterContinental Park Lane and the lounge at the InterContinental London The O2, have by far the best views, if you like to relax looking out upon the world. Why do I rank the Club InterContinental The O2 lounge so highly?
11. London Marriott Hotel County Hall
London Marriott Hotel County Hall M Club Lounge offers stunning views of the river through its semicircular windows. Guests staying in premium rooms or suites enjoy exclusive access to the Lounge, boasting panoramic views of the River Thames and Big Ben.
Freshly refurbished, this contemporary M Club Lounge mirrors the tones of the sky and river, even though London’s customary palette tends toward shades of gray rather than blue. Tan leather seating and accents of mustard in the carpet and cushions inject a sense of warmth and vibrancy into the environment.
Alongside the captivating views, the lounge showcases modern artwork on its walls, enlivening the space with bursts of color. Cafe-style tables are strategically arranged for ease, ideal for indulging in breakfast and snacks.
For an unforgettable experience, choose a room with breathtaking views of The London Eye in motion! The iconic attraction can be seen whirling just outside the windows of many river-facing rooms. The club lounge welcomes up to two registered guests per qualifying room and is open daily.
This is a great Marriott club lounge in an excellent location for sightseeing although is the other side of the river from the action. This is a big hotel with a less than inviting entrance that feels enclosed and old fashioned, even with the latest contemporary decor. But the views from the rooms, restaurants and club lounge make up for the lack of openness in the foyer.
Review: London Marriott Hotel County Hall Executive Club Lounge
The London Marriott Hotel County Hall has one of the best executive club lounges in London and as far as we know, the only club lounge in London with views looking directly at Big Ben. London Marriott Hotel County Hall is on the Thames River's wrong side, opposite Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. What I mean by the wrong side is the side furthest away from the center, so you need to cross the river on foot if you want to walk to the major attractions.
12. Hilton Park Lane
Hilton Park Lane Executive Lounge is a good lounge in a great location and comes in at number six. Again, it is up the road from the Intercontinental, a 1 minute walk away, and slap bang in the center of everything. The food offering is extensive and generous, but the lounge is on a low floor, so it loses out on much of a view. You can see passing traffic on the road, which is fun but not noteworthy.
There are also lounges at Hotel The Montcalm At The Brewery Club Lounge 770, the Hotel 41 Executive Lounge, the London Marriott Park Lane, the St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel Chambers Club Lounge, the Conrad London St James with its Executive Lounge, the The Montcalm London Marble Arch Club Lounge, the The Waldorf Hilton Executive Lounge, the The Hilton London Metropole and the St. Ermin’s Hotel, Autograph Collection
