There are currently three Four Seasons hotels in England, two in London and one in the English countryside, but which is best? Four Seasons Hotel London At Ten Trinity Square Vs. Four Seasons Hotel London At Park Lane Vs. Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire?

The decision is quite easy as all three are the best depending on what you are looking for.

If you want to be central for shopping and restaurants, you can’t beat Four Seasons Hotel London At Park Lane, situated on Hyde Park Corner and just off Park Lane. 1. Four Seasons Hotel London At Ten Trinity Square

Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Ten Trinity Square is as impressive inside as it is from the outside. This Four Seasons Hotel is located in a 1922 Grade-II listed former Port of London Authority HQ, opposite the Tower of London.

The grand lobby lies at the heart of the hotel, which hosts all-day dining and afternoon tea and drinks under a backlit art-deco-style dome. Off this hall are two restaurants, Le Dame de Pic, from Michelin-starred French chef Anne-Sophie Pic, and an Asian restaurant serving Chinese and Japanese food. All the communal areas of this hotel are particularly stunning and steeped in history, as you can see from the photo above.

The hotel has just 100 rooms, including 11 suites, so it is boutique in size. Executive rooms have separate living areas and can sleep a family of four, while nine Heritage suites on the ground floor boast ceilings at least five meters high.

The lower-ground floor is home to a 1,600 m² spa with eight treatment rooms, including a hammam suite, plus a 14-meter pool. The wood-paneled UN ballroom is THE event space in the city and has views over the Tower, Tower Bridge, and the Thames.

This Four Seasons hotel is probably the most luxurious Four Seasons in London, but in terms of location for shopping, the parks, and theatreland (Soho, etc.), the Four Seasons Hotel London At Park Lane is best.

2. Four Seasons Hotel London At Park Lane

Four Seasons Hotel London At Park Lane is a beautiful property in a modern building. The foyer of the Four Seasons London is decadently attired in black marble and warm burgundy reds.

The rooms are exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons and exactly what you’d wish for from a hotel of this caliber. Beautifully finished, perfectly appointed. Your every need is catered for.

The decor in the rooms is traditional and classy, with a plush feel. Objet d’art is scattered throughout, with black and white prints of stars from the past hanging from the walls. The decor is a mix of warm golds, browns, and deep reds. The bathrooms are black, shiny marble, and luxurious.

Even the plush corridors are worth a mention. Adorned with photos of glamorous stars in the vein of Marylin Munroe, they feel safe and luxurious (you need to use your room key to get the lift to take you up to the corridors and rooms). In fact, even though this isn’t a small hotel, the Four Seasons London has the feel of a large boutique hotel with just the right number of rooms and with that “just right” lighting level everywhere – you look fabulous but can still see!

Four Seasons Hotel London At Park Lane is a wonderful place to be, whether you are staying or just popping in for a drink at their bar.

3. Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

If you are looking for immaculate British history, look no further. Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is located in Dogmersfield Park, which has been home to Bishops, Lords, and Baronets and has hosted Kings and Queens over the last ten centuries. In fact, the first record of the Estate, which now makes up the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, dates back to 1086.

For the following 700 years, the Estate passed between the Crown and Church before becoming a family home, then billeting for airmen during World War II as well as being a school. In 2005, this manor house became a Four Seasons hotel, and this beautiful house sits on the top of a hill looking out over the endless fields and rolling hills of middle England.

Things to love about this hotel are the activities, from shooting to biking to horseriding to hiking down to the lake. This Four Seasons will satisfy the country gentleman (or lady) in you. It also has a beautiful adult’s indoor-outdoor pool flanked with stylish loungers and an excellent ESPA spa, and the Shark reef pool with a massive red slide and loads of sprayers, an absolute highlight for the kids.

The hotel itself is classic in design in the bedrooms, with classy marble and dark woods in the foyer and entrance lounges, and the Wild Carrot bar and restaurant offers a chic and stylish place to eat and drink with tropical green wallpaper, lots of dark woods, and a beautiful terrace which leads onto the lawns and is the perfect place to watch the sunset.
