Style & Character
The hotel was built in 1977 as the first international hotel in Oman and offers a typical 1970s blocky concrete design, but the interiors of this hotel are a lovely contrast, offering elegance and sophistication.
The hotel has a huge and airy six-floor atrium. The InterContinental Concierge corner of the lobby by the entrance has been completely refurbished and is very modern.
