Four Seasons has announced another European Four Seasons hotel, this time in Greece. This brand-new beachside resort will welcome its first guests in the summer of 2025 and looks likely to join our listing of the best Four Seasons beach resorts in the world.

Location

Set along the stunning coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, the Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece, will feature 94 expansive rooms, villas, and suites, each offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The newly developed resort will encompass an untouched 60,324 square meters (649,322 square feet) of land, extending from pristine sandy beaches to dramatic coastal cliffs.

Mykonos is renowned for its pristine white sand beaches, charming cobblestone streets adorned with vibrant bougainvillea in the capital, Chora, as well as its rich historical landmarks and thriving culinary scene.

The Resort will be led by General Manager Ryan Grande, who brings over 14 years of experience with Four Seasons properties in Jackson Hole, Seattle, Vancouver, and Costa Rica. Grande will oversee the opening team, ensuring the delivery of Four Seasons’ renowned warmth and service to the picturesque island of Mykonos.

Style & Character

In homage to the culture and heritage of its location, the Resort has been thoughtfully designed in the iconic Cycladic style, which is synonymous with Mykonos. It showcases the island’s characteristic white cubic architecture, complemented by whitewashed courtyards, traditional pathways, and charming piazzas—hallmarks of the local design.

The resort will also embrace the region’s diverse natural landscape, incorporating classic Mediterranean and Cycladic elements. This approach allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the destination’s beauty while preserving the surrounding environment through sustainable design and architecture.

The project is led by acclaimed Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis, who draws inspiration from the timeless elegance of Mykonos, with interiors crafted by Wimberly Interiors.

Service & Facilities

The resort will boast an enticing selection of dining and bar experiences designed by Rockwell Group, including a charming al fresco Italian restaurant by the pool, a contemporary take on a traditional Mykonian kafeneio, and a beachside venue seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings to celebrate the area’s beauty.

Key Resort amenities will include a serene infinity pool with stunning views of the Aegean Sea, a luxurious spa featuring multiple treatment rooms and fitness facilities, as well as versatile indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for meetings, events, and celebrations. For those seeking adventure, the property will offer a range of activities, such as boating excursions, water sports, and additional recreational options.

Conclusion

Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece, will complement the existing Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, which can be accessed via Mykonos by ferry or a short flight, as well as other European beachside Four Seasons hotels including Four Seasons Mallorca and Four Seasons Cap Ferrat which are two of our favorite Four Seasons hotels in the world.
